Another administrator in my organization converted a number of users to Roaming. He did select the Store ID in Personal Address book option, however the problem is that the users address book was still in the R5 design. The process seems to have completed but even after upgrading the design of that database to R6 the ID didn’t get attached. Is there a way to reattach an ID or will I have to downgrade them and then make them roaming again.
