One of our users reported that while viewing new mail(lets says there are five new emails in his inbox), he would open up the first document and either delete it or move to a folder from within the email. What happens next is it automatically opens up the next unread email as it is supposed to do. However it really isn’t the next unread email in the list, if you exit the email we see that it has randomly jumped to say the 3rd or 4th unread email in the list. This occurred for the user when he was using V6 but it was only skipping over one email. Now in V8 it seems totally random in which email it jumps to…any ideas? TIA
