Hi all
In the last two weeks, I have been receiving complaints from serval users that they are receiving more than one copy of the same email, this has also been reported by some external internet users receiving e-mails from or server. This seems to be completely random and can either happend on e-mails with or with attachements, e-mails which also have internet addresses on or just internal e-mails, the e-mails are excactly the same in every way, Date, time and size. The server has one mail.box and runs Domino Spam Senatial, but I dont belive this is causing the issue.

Please check:
That the senders do not have the same group / users in their local address book as you have in the Domino directory.
I have seen this where people have Blackberrys and do this to speed up addressing emails. Not a good idea as it can cause no end of issues.

I had faced this issue before , and it was because of ourAnti Virus Mcaffe group sheild
Try diasbling for anti virus

Hi,
Thank-you both for your comments, I have checked the local user NABs and the reception’s are not listed there. So I am now going to try and disbale the AV and see if that helps.
