to get the printed hardcopy to send to me. However , the P is not selected. Any idea, pls. Thanks.
Subject: Printed copy no longer available
It appears that Printed Hard copies are no longer available due to “going green” to save some trees.

In support of IBM’s commitment to the worldwide greening effort, IBM Certification is reducing paper usage as an environmentally-friendly approach to awarding certificates. Hardcopy paper certificates are no longer offered for Information Management, Lotus, Rational, SOA, and WebSphere certification. Certificates for these programs are only available in a softcopy PDF format. If you have questions or comments regarding this change, please send a note to certify@us.ibm.com.
