We are experiencing a problem with the R8 blog. When trying to “Insert” - “Attachment Link”, the link for some odd reason is embedding spaces in the file name which does not work when you try to click on the reference. This is repeatable time after time. This also occurs on my private R8 site… Any ideas?
Now, if you do a simple “Upload” then it works, but these uploaded files can not be named as in an anchor (like we need to do in the “insert attachment link”). Just gives a list of attached files which looks bad with only file names and no explanations.
This is a big bug in the eyes of our users who are comparing this blog to Wordpress and other “free” alternatives. The users of course expect that attachments are “SIMPLE” things used everywhere on the web…
