My client was recently upgraded from R654 first to R7, now to R701. Since the upgrade, it crashes >10 times a day without warning, and often with no error message - just disappears. It also has never managed to finish a error report process, always hangs with the screen reporting “Notes application will close when data collection is complete” but never completes.
