Too many times I have wanted to create a rule to help me manage my mailbox and have walked away empty handed.
The list of available fields is just not good enough. Is there a reason why we can’t type in a field name. Why are we forced to select from an inadequate list that Lotus thinks we need to use? ALL fields should be available to RULES.
I am trying to use a rule to identify DELIVERY FAILURES. And it can’t be done because the fields available don’t identify delivery failures.
Anybody ever modify the RULE code successfully? I tried once, a while back, it is way more complicated than it needs to be.
