I have a problem I’m sure many have experienced. I have 300 users and about 5 tech support staff. Each of these tech guys need to reset notes passwords. Originally we created a database and recovered each id as we created them and added them to the database. Than the tech guys could just grab the recover info and away they want.
But now I had to recertify and all the recovery info has changed. I don’t want to give them admin or the admin client. There must be an easier way.
