I have followed the Archiving instructions for server based archiving, yet I am baffled. The archiving works in that it creates the archive on my NYArchive server, and it brings over the directory/folder structure, yet no documents get archived! The Maintain LastAccessed field is enabled and the policy states to archive if document has not been accessed in a day.
My Archiving Settings:
Archiving Options:
Enabled - Prohibit private archiving criteria
do not have anything checked/enabled for Inherit from parent policy or Enforce in child policies.
Archiving will be performed on Server.
Archving source database is on Mail server
Destination database is on Specific server
Server information: NYArchive/Server
Advanced settings
Enabled - Don’t delete documents that have responses, and again nothing is selected for Inherit from parent policy or Enforce in child policies.
Archive Criteria Settings:
Enable archive criteria selected
How should documents be archived?
Copy old documents into archive database; then cleanup database.
How should documents be cleaned up?
Delete older documents from the database.
Which documents should be cleaned up?
Enabled/Checked not accessed after 1 day.
Server: NYMail/Server
