R6.01 Update

Hi all,

I have R5 and R6 as an seperate installation on my PC. When I install the Update, I change the Path to R6 but my R5 was updatet.

Any Ideas?

Hi Bernd,

I think the only way is to rename the R5 folder during the update. I have just done that myself. I specified the R6 directory, the update was even installed into the correct directory, but then for any reason R6 used the notes.ini from R5 and switched the data path to the R5 data directory. After correcting the data directory using File → Preferences → User preferences everything went fine.
