Our Mail server is clustered and is our Registration/Admin Server.We have a few customizations in our Mail Template, Address Book, and Resource Reservations.
Should the clustered mail servers be the first to upgrade and should they be done at the same time?
Do you recommend upgrading the Domino Directory before performing the server upgrade? Is yes, do I get the “customized” R6 Directory from my R6 test environment?

Subject: update the administration server of the domino directory and the design first…
you need D6 design for names, admin4, events, …
If you update other servers first they might generate requests your admin server of the domino directory cannot handle.
