I have just started migration from 5.0.11 to 6.0 French and found that after migrating client desktops, they still show R5 bookmarks.
Is there a way to have R6 icons for mail, agenda, designer, …
Seems to be a stup question but I could not find any answer here or on IBM support DB.

which instalation do you made?
a) Automated installation
b) Customized installation
in my case this works fine, after installing the Client!
You could do the following:
click the bookmark.nsf on the Desktop.
And after them, Select File - Database - Refresh Design!
You could also automate this by clicking a Button!
