I am using a R7.0.2 client and a R6.5.3 server but the Resource database is R5 and that is the problem. I did find it in the R6 Reservations template database and will copy into the R5 and see what problem that causes.

Problem: Duplicate PUBLIC name AUTOADJUSTNOTE in USE module CSEventClass

Hi,

Resource database is R5 —This is not supported.

Even if you copy every script libraries, i would triple-check before running your agent,

I came to the same conclusion with some testing - told the client to bite the bullet and perform the design upgrade.
