I moved a few mail files to another server and then had increased their quotas. Every now and again the quotas revert to their original values.
I’ve checked the original server for replicas but there aren’t any. The servers are not clustered. The users haven’t changed the quotas themselves, in fact one person is on maternity leave and hasn’t accessed their mail for over 4 months. I’m the only administrator and I didn’t change the quotas so I can only surmise that it’s one of the servers.
Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks,
Gary
Subject: You might want to check adminp activities on the affected database(s).
Based on your description, I don’t believe that adminp is the culprit, but just to eliminate it as a suspect, you might want to check Adminp activity on the database you are having quota issues with. Check the time stamp for the most recent response document for adminp replication events (eg Accelerated replication). If it’s after you changed the quota information manually, then adminp may have caused the problem. You may want to look at the replication history on the database as well.
