In R6 The default behaviour of the cluster replicator in R6 is to overrideDB quotas. To have it respect quotas an admin can use CLREPL_OBEYS_QUOTAS=1.

The default behaviour for the cluster replicator on R5 will be to override

quotas on any databases. However with SPR# ARID3TSL2L introduced in

R5.0.10; The notes.ini parameter CLREPL_OBEYS_QUOTAS=1 will allow the old

behaviour which was to not override quotas.
