I have a problem with quickr in the Lotus Notes sidebar because it doesn’t appear.
The problem:
The quickr installer doesn’t update the workspace directory of the user. It’s a german windows xp and the installer create a directory “Local Settings” under the userprofil and don’t use the existing german directory “Lokale Einstellungen” which contains user data folder of Lotus Notes.
If I remove the workspace folder of the data folder it rebuild a new one and the quickr appear in the sidebar correct.
In the msi logfile is the correct german path, that’s why a can’t fix it via a msi transform.
Does anybody have a idea or solution for this problem? Or what cons will I get when I remove the workspace folder?
Is there a possibiliy to update the workspace folder?
