Quick Traveler question. Is it limited to just Wifi networks?

I’ve been wondering if Traveler is limited to Wifi networks or if it uses cellular towers as well, if it can’t connect to a WiFi network.

Traveler will use any data connection that the device supports. This can be WiFi, GPRS, GSM, CDMA, ActiveSync, etc. - depending on what the device supports.The norm is people using it with the cell networks, but WiFi works too and a far number us that.
