Questions regarding installation of 8.5 FP1

a) Can this package:

be installed on top of an existing 8.5 Allclients installation (i.e. Notes 8.5, Domino Designer 8.5 and Domino Administrator 8.5 client) or can i only use it to upgrade an existing Notes 8.5 Standard client (i.e. without Domino Designer and Domino Administrator client)?

b) Can the package above also be installed on top of an existing german version of a Notes 8.5 client or will there be language specific versions of the fixpack made available (if so, when)?

we installed it on end-users, developpers and admins without a problem.
