Background.We’ve currently got 2 companies in our group, we run Domino and have our own email domain name, the other company runs Exchange and they have their own domain name.
Our group management want everyone in each company to be able to view everyone else’s calendars (not free/busy time) and view the other company’s address book. Each company has to retain their own identity i.e. their own domain name.
To this end it has been suggested that everyone moves to Google Apps which will give most of this functionality.
Moving to an Exchange organisation has been looked at but was rejected because of extreme cost (>€170,000)and best we could hope for is viewing free/busy time.
Question
Would it be possible to achieve the same result in Domino by having the one Domino Domain with the gateway server in each company each having their own domain name?
