Can someone tell me the meaning/reason for the little circle with a question mark that appears next to the senders name in R6 inbox? It just shows up next to some emails and not all.

Create a new memo, then open the “Delivery options” dialog. Look at the Moods – one of them is “Question”.

Thanks Stan but the question mark I am refering to does not is not in the memo of the email its shows up in the inbox view. Its also appears on inbound internet mail.

Perhaps your company has implemented a spam/virus/content-screening process which marks questionable emails this way – in which case, it’s not part of the functionality of the Lotus product.
