I have written code when an Admin tries to delete a document (from any view) it sets a flag on that document which removes it from all the views and places it in the Deleted view. When the user uses the delete button on a document it puts an X next to it and I need to know how to remove it as it still thinks it needs to actually delete it when in fact I just moved it.

You need to use @Command([EmptyTrash]), but that will require a custom action button.
If users are using the “standard” delete (the delete key or standard Notes delete) then you may want to look at adding some code in the Database Script’s Postdocumentdelete event. I never tried it though, but that’s where I would look.
