Query Open agent runs only once

I put follow code into Custom_MailMemoDictionary_Lite :

<NOTESVAR NAME={$$QueryOpenAgent} TYPE={Text} INITIALVALUE={“DWAWQO”}><NOTESVAR NAME={$$QuerySaveAgent} TYPE={Text} INITIALVALUE={“DWAWQS”}>

However, the dwawqo agent runs only once : the first time the agent is triggered. For instance on “new memo”

dwawqs is running well

I think something with caching ?
