Public Key was not found in the Domino Directory

Dear sir,

Our server suddenly facing the problem where the users are not able to receive any mail (internal and external mail).

From the server console, I noticed the error message “(somebody’s id)… from host encountered non-fatal problem during authentication. Your public key was not found in the Domino Directory”

We did not do anything to the server, just installed Notes Traveler to the server few weeks ago when upgrading Domino server to 8.5.1

Does anyone facing the same problem? Please advice.

comparing the public keys from the users ID to the one in the Domino directory? Is it happening for all users?
