Public Address Book - Print

Anyone come across an ‘easy’ way that users can print the address book without accessing the db directly.

I also would like columns (which may be a little more detailed) instead of a print view with one column per page.

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Subject: Public Address Book - Print

You can able to print the local address book or Public address book with column details by exporting to MS-Excel

Follow these steps :-

If local address book or Public address book

  1. Open the local/Public address book

  2. select the email ids either by Ctrl+A or from notes client → Edit → Select All

  3. After selecting all the email ids goto Notes client File -->Export, then it will dispay to export save file, specify the file name say ex- ABC, and in ‘save as type’ select ‘Tabular Text’

  4. It Display ‘Tabular Text Export’ let everything default and click OK Button

  5. It will export all the email ids

  6. For viewing and printing, First Execute the Mircrosoft-Excel and then File–>Open select file path where you have saved exported file (ABC), the ‘File of type’ select All files (.)

  7. you will be able to see saved exported ABC file, select the file and click Next, Next, Finish

  8. Now you can able to view with User name, email id, etc., You can adjust according to column alignment

  9. Then you can start printing

Or do the following:

Press Ctrl + A

Then go to File → Print → In View select, Selected View and then click Print

And you should be all set.
