A user is claiming his mail header logo is too large and is causing misalignment when printing
They need to reduce the size of the graphic but what is the standard size for the R8 mail template?

I’m assuming by “icon” you mean the letterhead at the top of the mail message, rather than the database icon.
The letterhead images in the mail template are 65 w x 58 h (pixels).
