What is your goal here? Do you simply want to display a list of categories or should they be expandable under CERTAIN circumstances only? What’s the design goal (ie, what do you want to show and why?). There are ways to do this, but how depends on what you need to accomplish. Also, is this a web client application interface, a notes client interface, or both?

If it helps make things more clear, post your question in English to the best of your ability, and then (in the same post) re-phrase in your native language. Someone who reads it may understand, and for the rest of us who may not be able to, that’s what babelfish is for… having both the English and native text will assist in anything that could get lost in translation.

thank you very much

I have a Vista in the client not in Web and I have a column by each possible state through which it can pass a document and these columns are total.

Each document this grouped in programs.

Which I want is that when you click in the program the documents do not expand

English:To accomplish that, you can hide the twisties (column options > Column Info tab > uncheck “Show twistie when row is expandable”) and collapse the view (view options > Options tab > check “Collapse all when database is first opened”). This way, users will not see the documents under the categories. However, categories can be expanded.

That’s a workaround, not a solution. In fact, I don’t think that it can be done.

I hope that help you!

Castellano:

Espero haberte podido ayudar.
