Dear All, We’ve an Notes ID for sharing to some users.
I just want to let them access Notes database only rather than send mail (Internal / external).
How can I restrict them.
Your help would be apprecaited.
Best Regards,
Jeff

Subject: In the config doc
Open the servers’ configuration document - tab Router/SMTP, tab Restrictions and Controls, tab SMTP Outbound, field "Deny messages from the following Notes addresses to be sent to the Internet:: ".

Dear Wolfswinkel, Thank for your info…Is that working on NRPC (Internal) other than SMTP ??

Subject: Don’t think so
As far as I know this is SMTP only. No experience with stopping an ID from sending mail internally. But if you set the person document, the mail system field, to ‘none’, they will not be able to receive any messages. That makes it pretty useless to send messages ![]()
Subject: Thanks ! I’ll try it.
