Hello folks.
I recognized that my Progress Bar is busy all the time (blue progress bar moves). When clicking the yellow button the Progress tab opens and is filled up with the message “Voice Chat Internal Logged In Job”. I already reinstalled Notes and even Windows itself (was necessary anyway). After the new install there was no more messages but since a few days it came back.
The imbedded Sametime client is running as well.
Anyone an idea?

Subject: Notes process that will not quit is correlated with “voice chat logged in job”(s) stuck in progress
I have the same problem. It is actually more than just annoying… when these “voice chat logged in job”(s) start to appear in progress, it is 100% correlated with inability to fully close the notes application. A process, “notes2w.exe,” continues to run in the task manager and force quit of this process is necessary before the Notes client will restart. Occasionally ZapNotes is also required. This problem does not happen prior to the appearance of the voice chat jobs in progress.

Notes has now been working over 24 hrs without recurrence of the problem
