I have set a program document on one of our servers fixup ‘mail\ -f’ and all I see on the console is Database fixup: started and after a while database fixuo shutdown.Is the task being carried out. I am of the impression that in the log file you see ‘performing consistency check…’
Am I missing something?

I don’t know if it makes any difference, but you don’t need the backslash in the command line, so try changing so it’s just “mail -f”.
