I was just given the task of removing all the hard coded server/filepath data in our db. I have never really worked with profile docs but there are 3 profile docs (linked to many users so theres a ton of them im sure) and i want to be able to modify each one with the new code.
Putting them in a view is obvoiusly the easiest way but I have not found how to do that yet…
Any help is greatly appreciated.

If there are tons of documents i think you should consider using script to update/change the documents.
It’s very easy to collect the profile documents via script.

Not possible to put a profile document in a view.
You’ll need to use a method to get a collection of all the profile documents for each particular profile form:
Set notesDocumentCollection = notesDatabase.GetProfileDocCollection( profilename$ )
and then loop through the collection.
