Process D:\Lotus\Domino\nUpdate.EXE (3624/0xE28) has terminated abnormally

I am battling this error in my log, Process D:\Lotus\Domino\nUpdate.EXE (3624/0xE28) has terminated abnormally. When I start up the server I do not see the error for about an hour or so. Once the error appears I check the Windows 2003 Server Tasks and the nupdate.exe is no longer running. I have searched to identify what stops the task, but to no avail.I have triesd running all of the fixup utilites and refreshing the Domino install.
