Hi!I am trying to make SURunAs.exe from Webkit C1A6IFI.exe and facing up with following error message from Visual C++ RUntime:
Runtime Error !
C:\Program files\ibm\lotus\notes\SuSetRunAsWizard.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application’s support team for more information
This error message comes when wizard is attaching the webkit C1A6IFI.exe.
The second problem is when i unpacked the webkit and tryied to make SURUNAS.exe from unpacked files. THen I got error message
failed to add resource s: ld
Does anyone have any suggestions ?

I managed to make SURunas.exe from webkit C19U1EN.exe (English CLient), but I still got error----------------------------
failed to add resource s: ld
when trying to make SURunas.exe from webkits C1A6IFI.exe (Finnish Client), C1A6KNO.exe (Norwegian Client) and C1A6LSV.exe (Swedish Client).
Any ideas anybody ? IBM ?
Got rid of the Visual C++ RUntime error after installing Notes Client 8.0.1 in a pure Windows enviroment (just Windows 2003 Server + Notes Client)

I had a similar problem. I was creating a SmartUpgrade package for Windows XP workstations and upgrading them to 8.0.1. The problem in my case was that I was using Windows Vista to create the SURunas package. When I used SUSetRunaswizard on a Windows XP workstation, it worked properly.
If you are using Windows Vista, try XP and see if that works.

I face up the same error with XP as with WIndows 2003 Server(havent tried Vista). Cannot make SURUNAS-package from FInnish, Norwegian, Swedish webkits, only from the ENglish webkit C19U1EN.exe. Error what I get is either “Visual C++ Runtime Error” or “failed to add resource s: ld”
