I have several databases which have agents marked as being Prohibit Design Refresh/Replace set. For some reason I am unable to remove this setting for the Agents. When i look closer at the Agents I see that the $Flags field does not have a value of “P” to denote a prhibit on design refresh/replace. Rathet the $Flags field contains a value of “V” which I would only expect to see for a private Folder. Does anyone know how something like this can occur. The agents in question do not get refreshed as part of the overall database design refresh.

How were they created? Any idea of when they changed?
Enough stuff changed with DDE and there were a number of design refresh problems (though I think those were time-related) to where 8.5.x might have introduced a problem.
