Problems with "new" meetings after DST Updates are completed

I am at a loss. All servers and clients have been completed updated to the new DST rules (this includes OS and all Notes agents). If a user in MST creates a new meeting, it shows up just fine. If a user in EST creates a new meeting, it shows up one hour earlier. If that same MST user creates a meeting in a different time zone and choose EST, it shows up one hour earlier. It seems weird, but I’m only having problems with EST.

I have two servers in EST. One is Server 2000 and the other is Server 2003. I have already updated the OS on the 2003 and manually ran the TZedit tool on the 2000 box. I have “refreshed” the timezone setting in Control Panel>Date & Time by pointing to Pacific time and switching back to Eastern. The only difference between the two in regards to the Eastern Timezone is that the 2003 box has Dynamic DST and the 2000 server does not.

Thought I found a fix. Maybe the client machine needs to have the Timezone refreshed as well:

If I change the Timezone on the client machine to Pacific (or something else) and then back to Eastern and then create a calendar entry, it shows up correctly on the calendar. However, as soon as the client is rebooted and a new calendar entry is created, it shows up one hour earlier.

Here’s the link to my original post re: this problem:

I cannot find anything else to try. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
