i’ve had a Notes 6 pilot group running the clients for about a month now, and when one of my users executed the “Upgrade Folder Design” action in the mail db something got all screwed up and now when she opens mail she gets two windows–one that contains the mail view and one that contains the mail switcher and the sidebar. In her status bar it displays the following message:
“Unable to load all frameset content”
I did find a technote for this issue in r5 at this address:
Subject: Problems with framesets in the mail db after running “Upgrade folder design”
Brandt,
I posted a similar question last month.
Doing a search on my name and “Client / Inbox problem” should bring you to the thread. If you have any more to add, please do. It’s becoming a problem here at work.
So far, all I’ve been able to do is delete the bookmarks.nsf file from the offending machine and restart the Notes client. I haven’t been able to determing exactly what causes the problem. I’ve been trying to find a constant set of actions that cause it. If I can nail down some specific circumstances, I’ll try to open this item at support.

PLEASE open this with support!!!
I have had (and am still having) numerous problems with my R5 → R6 rollout, and when I open a ticket it’s like the first time anyone has ever heard about it, it must just be me.
I’ve tried to reference other people with issues in the forum, but if it’s not open with support, it’s not an issue.
We need to have more users opening tickets with support!
it is some R5-documents being cached in the bookmark.nsf.The solutions seems to be either to delete bookmark.nsf, or create a button in the mailfile, for the user to click on to delete the cached documents.
In R6 some functions has been moved from cache.ndk to bookmark.nsf.
