Problems with Email Groups

Hi experts,

I need a litlle help. I have internal group called Team. Inside it, I have all users of my network. When I send an email to a client with copy to team@mycompany.com everything is OK. Now when the client reply to Group the comes like:

Team%DOMINO-MYNETWORK@mynetwork.com

How Can I do to fix it?

For example: I want to send email to a client with copy to my team and I want my client be able to reply to team@mynetwork.com and not Team%DOMINO-MYNETWORK@mynetwork.com. How?

Thanks,

Anderson

From what I understand you want to send email to MYNETWORK@mynetwork.com using an email group.the group name should be MYNETWORK

the group type Mail Only

Internet address should be mynetwork.com

Really doesn’t make much sense, however it seems to work.

I did encounter some issues that I have not tried to reproduce but it seemed to be resolved when the distribution list was redefined.

Subject: Check internet address for your group.

Anderson,

Have you checked the Internet Address field under Basic tag for the group team? is it set properly?

Besides, as it is a internal group, why using internet address for sending email? why not using the lotus format team/your_domain?

If you use internet address, Lotus will relay it as a internet email, everything will be treated as a internet email instead of notes email.

Subject: Need more information to debug

Not exactly sure what is happening here. I would need some sample data to figure it out. Basically one received e-mail with that address and when replied to displays the problem.
