hi!

i’ve got 2 problems (with lotus…in my life much more :P)

i use the single sign on service, but when the user change his password (using the windows form) the lotus client starts with the wizard! As if the application was not installed!!

so i have noticed that a different location (home)is set in the bottom bar and i must to remake the installation process.

anybody can help me? tnx!

the interface of an user is damaged: when the user opens mail it opens diary, when the user opens contacts it opens the contacts but with the right bar of the mail form! I’ve tried to rename or delete the bookmark file and for the first time it works correctly, but when the user restarts the application, it presents the same problem.

help please…

Subject: Problems with 6.5.4

Don’t use single sign-on. We are on 6.01cf2 here and after setting up the client for a user she tried to change her Windows logon password to match her Notes password. Nothing happened as far as the Notes client install was concerned but now, she is unable to change her windows logon now. It keeps telling her it is not complex enough. We figure that because Notes tried to change the windows pw and couldn’t she must now wait 10 days (group policy settings in Windows 2k3 AD) and then she will probably be able to change the windows password. Strange.
