Problems using Certificate Authority process

I am trying to register a user by invoking the CA process in script. When I do that, I receive a rejection by the Certificate Authority in my Admin Requests db. Here is the error:

“1861: Profile not authorized [DefaultEEProfile]”

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Eric

Is the RA who signed the certififcate request is an approved RA for the certifier ? You can find out who are the approved RA by open the certifier document on the domino directory, under “CA Configuration” tab.

Thanks for the reply. That’s what the problem was. I am using the new Certificate Authority features in the NotesRegistration Class and didn’t realize that the server ID had to be one of the RA’s since that is the “user” carrying out the certification.
