Problems seeing button inside a message

I send a message with a button and only one person can’t see this button. The button doesn´t have restrict options selected.

Anybody has any idea to solve this problem?

I try to disable some options , but I couldn’t find the solution.

… and are you sure the message is staying in the Notes environment (that is, it is not being converted to MIME or plain text anywhere along the way)?

Thanks for yours answers.

1.- there aren’t any hide-when formulas or restriction on the button

2.-The process is:

sending a message with the first document from draft’s view.

This document has this button. And this button after calling some agents…but he can’t see this button. I don’t know why.

The process is from one notes user to another notes user, using notes client.

Are you sending the message from a Database to e-mail using an attached form?

I’m using the tipical form memo(message) used in all mail notes databases. And after I added a button to this form.

The problem is only with one person. Unfortunately with one of the boxes.That’s life.

I really appreciate any help.
