Problems reciveing external mail

I have a user with a mailbox that is 1GB. I have checked the quotas, it was 1,1GB - I removed the quotas so that it is unlimited. The user recieves internal mails, but none of the external mail. I tried to send a mail to this user and myself. I recived the mail at once, but nothing came to the user.

The server where the mailbox is located is an internal server, we have a DMZ server for mailreciveing.

Any tips would be appreciated.

hi,try blocking the router and intercepting the message in the mail.box and look for fileds “SendTo” and “Recipients”

yous can also check the internet address of this person
