Hello,
we have just started to experience problems when using the standard process to recertify expired users in our system.
We have had notes since it was 4 and our admin file is admin4.nsf - I have just started to get this message on the domino console :-
Admin Process: File name: admin4.nsf : Entry not found in index
is this the cause or a red herring?
how do I fix the system to allow us to recertify expired ids?
