Hello everyone.We use Notes as our corporate mail client, it’s work fine? but sometime we have troubles, like? when users have new income messages they have a black color font. But before color of unread income message was a pink. Please help me fix this trouble.

Check the advanced tab on the database properties of your users’ mail files and see if the “Don’t maintain unread marks” box is ticked.
