When trying to create a new user this error meesage is recieved in the dialog box…
FAILED: You are not authorized to replicate or copy data to this database

Nick, I must admit that I have not seen this particular error message before. I have a couple of guesses, however. You may want to ensure the person who is registering users has access to create new databases on the server. You also may want to check both server and your access to the mail template you are using. If you are using the default templates, you should have access but if a developer has created a modified template for you, you may not have access to this template.
