Problem with viewing mails addressed to internet address

Hi,

One of our user’s Notes client is showing all the mails addressed to the internet mail address (user@domain.com) as plain HTML when the mail is opened. There is no problem with the mails addressed to Notes id (User/OU/O). But if she clicks on Reply/Forward on the problamatic mails, the trailing mail shows correctly.
