We have three Notes servers all running R6.0.1CF, we kept getting very strange problem on the view of mail database. Some of users can’t see their mail until press"Shift+F9" to rebuild the index or we have to run “load updall mail*.nsf -R”.
We checked “Refresh design on admin server only” to make sure only one server will update the design and have admin server set up for each of mail database. All the mail databases are in iNotes6 design, so it isn’t a problem of mixed template problem.
We still have the same problem. All the major functions works, we are not losing any email but you just can’t see it until you refresh the index.
Have anyone experienced the same problem? Any suggestion will be appreciated. I think that the Indexer doesn’t work properly either server side or client side.
