Problem with the CalendarGoTo-command?!

Hello,

we want to change from Domino 7.0.4 to 8.5.2.

There is a problem in a Notes-application (only Notes-Client, no Web).

In a formula-button I used

@Command( [MailOpen] ) ;

@Command( [OpenFrameset] ; “CalendarFS” ) ;

@Command( [CalendarGoTo] ; @Date(Termin) );

It works fine in 7.0.4!

Now I get the message “Frameset ‘CalendarFS’ doesn’t exist.”

OK, I’ve tried

@Command( [OpenCalendar]; @UserName )

instead of

@Command( [MailOpen] ) ;

@Command( [OpenFrameset] ; “CalendarFS” )

It works.

I think, there is a problem with the CalendarGoTo-command?!

It doesn’t work (@Command or @PostedCommand - it’s no difference)!

I searched in the 8- and 8.5-Forum and I found two similar entries:

… without a solution… :frowning:

Has anybody an idea?

Many thanks in advance!

Morena

“… The problem will be fixed in the next release of the product …”

Great! And what can we do in the meantime?!

Subject: Tracked under SPR DPOL7VKCTK

I would suggest opening up a PMR to drive getting this fixed

Subject: Where can I find the SPR? How can I open a PMR?

Hi Dave,

thank you for answering. I think you would like to help me?!

But in German I would say “Ich verstehe nur Bahnhof!” (translation for you: It’s all Greek to me!).

OK, in this forum I found the translation for the abbreviations ‘SPR’ and ‘PMR’:

"… If I recall, PMR stands for “Problem Maintenance Report” or something like that. SPR is “Software Problem Report”.

PMR = “I need help”, SPR = “This is a confirmed bug.” …"

My questions:

  1. Where can I find the SPR “DPOL7VKCTK”?

  2. How can I “opening up a PMR to drive getting this fixed”?

PLEASE send me the links and more informations!

Many thanks in advance!

Regards

Morena

Subject: Info

To open a PMR I found a thread which describes what needs to be done http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/nd85forum.nsf/5f27803bba85d8e285256bf10054620d/aee4d905a19a91d88525763c00245a4a?OpenDocument

I believe the only way to see the SPR from outside of IBM is in the release’s Fix List once it is resolved.

Subject: Service Request (new name for PMR i guess) created today

I has ID: 14000,999,678.and I have attached a Sample.nsf with an Action agent, for reproduction of the problem.

Subject: Did you have succes, making a PMR (out of an SPR) ?

I have the same problem, now in Notes 9.0.1FP3, so it sounds weird a so old problem still is unfixed ?Have searched myself, in this Fix Central: IBM Support: Fix Central

Be sure you have selected the SW family, first.

Subject: The SPR is not fixed

Just a quick confirmation that SPR DPOL7VKCTK is not fixed. The best approach is to open a PMR and refer to that SPR.

Subject: Thanks, I will.

Subject: Done. See above…
