We have installed R8.5.1 multi user client and symphony under Citrix. The issue we are having is that even if I have my Notes client running, if I open a file associated with symphony by double clicking it or I click on any of the symphony desk top icons then I get a new eclipse environment start up. Once that new environment is up and running then any subsiquent symphony opens will use a tab in the same “window”. However running two notes2.exe processes uses up some much resource that our Citrix server is under a lot of stress.
Anybody else seen this and got a work around?
