Problem with showing records of responce doc

Hi All I hav a prob in response form’s view it is showing all documents of parent form(project)

and response form(project Allocation),i just want to display only the records of response form(documents) in project allocation view plzz help me i am new in notes development…

In view Properties select the tab (i) and Show response documents in hierarchy.

Your View Selection formula might go something like :

SELECT ((Form = “Main”) | (Form = “response”) | (Form = “rtor”))

A column selection might go something like :-

@If(Form = “response”;" Response: " + respTitle + " " + @Text(created); " R to R: " + Title + " " + @Text(created))

I am having the same problem trying to get response documents to show up in a view without the parent documents. I already have the " Show response documents in hierarchy" box checked, but it doesn’t help. I get the response documents in the view, but I also get every other document in my database in the view and each of the others is only shown by a blank line. I can double click on the blank line and open the document.

How can I get those parent documents to not show up in the view. I only want to see the responses.

DEselect the “Show responsed documents in a hierarchy” and select only documents that use the form(s) you want to use.
