Problem with searching words

Hi!

I have a problem with searching Lotus Notes mails with specific word.

I made very simple condition in Search view: just give me all mails with word ‘software’? I didn’t change default settings i.e. I didn’t click to ‘More’ and change anything (btw settings are to use word variant and to sort results by relevance). The thing is that I noticed that even if some mails older than 3 months or later in Inbox contains that word, they were not selected? I just don’t get how this search engine works, does date has influence in getting right results?

is your mail file full text indexed? if it is try to delete and recreate it

Load compact -D mail\xxxx.nsf

I have seen that databases are full indexed and I didn’t think I should index them again, but I guess something went wrong during immediate indexing.
