I recently migrated a R6.5.5 server to R7.0.2 with a resource database.
After having updated the design with the new template and launched the RnRMgr task all seemed to function correctly until the day when a room was renamed.
The room was correctly renamed in the Domino Directory and in the resource database (the reservations were transferred on the new room) but the busytime lost all the reservations on this room which were created directly in the database before the migration in R7.
I tried to recreate the busytime without success, the old reservations were still not taken into account.
I checked the reservation documents, the field $CSTrack contains the error message “Unable to create event descriptor for request by Rooms and Resources Manager one….”
I compared the fields of a R6 reservation with a R7 reservation and I realized that on the old reservations the following fields missed : Chair, From, Principal, RQStatus and that the NoticeType field was empty.
I recreated these fields by an agent

and recreated the busytime.
Now resource reservation works correctly even when rooms are modified.
